Lidl launches new loyalty app on July 15, offering personalized offers and rewards with Lidl Plus loyalty program.

Lidl US is set to launch its Lidl Plus loyalty program in the United States on July 15, used by over 120 million customers worldwide. The app offers personalized offers, member-exclusive deals, and rewards, allowing shoppers to combine instant savings with points-based rewards.
The company says the launch is part of its strategy to bring more value to customers. Alan Barry, Lidl US CEO, stated that the company is always looking for new ways to make shopping at Lidl US more rewarding.
Lidl Plus Features
The app includes several key features, such as Lidl Points, which are earned on every purchase and can be redeemed for free products and other rewards. It also offers member-exclusive deals with pricing that applies at checkout when customers scan the app.

Additionally, the app provides personalized coupons tailored to individual shopping habits and preferences, as well as digital receipts that organize and save every purchase within the app for tracking and returns. Surprises, a reward experience, includes Mystery Boxes and Spin To Win, with the latter coming after launch.
Customers who download and register the app by July 14 will receive an early-bird bonus of a coupon for one free ready meal, redeemable July 15-31. In-store shoppers can also receive complimentary Lidl merchandise while supplies last.
Registration and Launch Campaign
All customers, including existing myLidl users, must register for the new Lidl Plus platform. Customers who register with the same email address associated with their myLidl account will have select profile information transferred.
To celebrate the launch, Lidl US is rolling out its Tap Into Savings campaign across digital and social channels. The campaign features creator content from dancers “tapping” into the rewards, offers, and savings available through the app.

According to the company, the Lidl Plus app will be available for download on July 15. Customers can register for the app and start taking advantage of its benefits, including Lidl Points, member-exclusive deals, and Surprises.
