Nordstrom Rack is returning to San Francisco’s Union Square in fall 2027, after the off-price retailer left its location in the neighborhood three years ago. The new store will span 51,500 square feet, located at 2 Stockton Street in the former Forever 21 space. This site is managed by Invesco Real Estate, which also owns 48 Stockton Street, the former home of a Barneys New York flagship.
