Circle K is relaunching its retail media platform to give advertisers new ways to reach customers at the convenience store chain’s locations, parent company Alimentation Couche-Tard announced on Tuesday. The updated Full Circle Media platform brings enhanced audience targeting and better measurement tools to the table, along with broader omnichannel media opportunities. The program previously went by a different name but is now being presented as a more mature offering that should help brands connect with shoppers more effectively.

The network currently spans more than 6,600 stores in the U.S. and sees about 2.9 billion annual customer visits, according to the company. Advertisers can reach up to 200 million monthly impressions through various touchpoints. These include fuel pump media, in-store digital screens, checkout displays and the company’s owned digital channels, which cover the Circle K app, the Inner Circle loyalty program, SMS and email.

Circle K’s Core + More strategy relies on strengthening key product categories and making targeted investments to improve profitability and growth. The retail media revamp supports this approach by offering brands a way to engage with customers during frequent, high-intent moments. The program is built around physical locations where people shop daily, but it also connects those offline interactions to digital experiences.

For advertisers, the appeal lies in the consistency of the setting. People stop at these locations for fuel, snacks and everyday essentials, often on a schedule. That regularity creates a steady environment for brand exposure. The updated platform tries to capture that frequency across the pump, the store interior and the digital channels people use outside the physical location. It offers a way to track performance more closely than traditional media buys might allow.

Chief Digital Officer Erica Fortune explained that the company needed to improve how it measures data and connects its different touchpoints. The revamp came after the business recognized a gap between its physical operations and its digital capabilities. Fortune noted that retail media is a massive global market, estimated at $150 billion, and emphasized that the company believes it has a strong position to compete in this space.

Joell Robinson, who directs Circle K’s retail media network, pointed out that the value comes from reaching shoppers in a setting defined by frequency, intent and multiple points of engagement. Brands can now target these moments with more precision, using the expanded measurement tools available through the rebranded Full Circle Media platform.
